　　As we all know,smoking is not only bad for our health,but also bad for oursociety.therefore,our govrenment has publish an ban about forbid people smoke atthe public place form 2011.1.1,including the indoor pulic placces,indoor publicworkplaces and pulic transport means.this ban will first come into power in themedical system.

　　In order to make this ban come into power,we should do what we can toreduce the behavior of smoke around us.we can put up some posteres at publicplaces to aware people this is no-somking place.Perhaps the most important ,andmost easyist thing that we can do is we won't be a smoker.

　　It has a long and hard way to forbid somke,but I believe that if everyonefollw this ban and take a googd care of their behavior,we will have a clear skysoon.

　　Should Smoking in Public Places be Banned

　　Nowadays many countries in the world have passed laws to ban smoking inpublic places. Some smokers claim that their rights are infringed if smoking isforbidden in public places. However, most non-smokers regard the ban as goodnews. As far as I’m concerned, smoking should be banned in all the public placessuch as restaurants, theaters and public squares.

　　On the one hand, smoking is harmful both for smokers themselves and others.It is reported that every year smoking causes millions of death around theworld. On the other hand, smoking pollutes the air. Just imagine that you sit ina restaurant full of smoke, how can you enjoy your meal thereBesides, smokingis bad for the elevation of a country’s image in the world.

　　I believe if smoking is banned in all the public places, most of us willbreathe in more fresh and clean air. And the health condition of all the peoplewill be greatly improved.

　　A survey about smokers in a middle school tells that although 90% of allstudents never smoke, 3% of them often smoke and 7% sometimes do. In otherwords, 10% of the students smoke. That’s terrible.

　　As we know, smoking is harmful to our health. Every year, thousands ofpeople lose their lives because of it. Smoking not only does harm to yourhealth, but also wastes money. Because, a fire may be caused by cigarette ends.It’s a pity to learn that one ends in death by smoking.
